Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and following countries: Germany, Austria, Italy, France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Finland.

Shipping is excluded to the following islands: Helgoland, Büsingen, Faröer Inseln, Grönland, Aaland-Inseln, Martinique, Mayotte, Guadeloupe, Guayana, Réunion, Neukaledonien, Polynesien, Wallis, Futuna, St. Barthélemy, St. Pierre, Miquelon

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of 3,90 € per order.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries:

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods within Germany shall be made within 3 – 5 working days.
Deliveries to other international destinations shall be made within 5 – 7 working days, and deliveries to the United Kingdom within 10 – 16 working days, from conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
