Different insoles are available for Protector Ultra 2.0 lime-green to increase or reduce the volume in the shoe. For this purpose, we have developed a slightly thicker insole for narrow feet and a slightly thinner insole for wider feet.
Our Vario-Wide-Fit-System allows you to adjust the volume in the shoe.
The Protector Ultra 2.0 lime-green has been tested according to the standard DGUV 112-191 (BGR 191) and is therefore approved for orthopaedic insoles.
This allows the Protector Ultra 2.0 lime-green to be adapted even more optimally to the foot and to support its anatomical structure.

The Protector Ultra 2.0 lime-green can be cared for quickly and easily. With colourless, grease-free shoe polish for suede and nubuck leather, which does not affect the breathability of the leather or the colour of the shoe, and a waterproofing agent, the shoe is cared for.
The uncomplicated Protector Ultra 2.0 lime-green ensures long-lasting enjoyment of the shoe's quality.
The Protector Ultra 2.0 lime-green is equipped with a cut protection. This means that you can safely work with chain saws that have a running speed of 24 m per second.

Your Protector Ultra 2.0 lime-green can be perfectly combined with the optionally available Grip + Spikes mounting set. The set consists of a two-part assembly spanner and ten small spikes. The metal spikes are screwed into the designated areas in the sole of the shoe and provide additional grip on tree trunks.

In contrast to the Protector Ultra, the Protector Ultra 2.0 GTX is an S3 shoe with a puncture-resistant sole. Spikes can also be attached to the new, extremely non-slip sole of the Protector Ultra 2.0, for example to provide more grip on felled tree trunks. This is not possible with the Protector Ultra.
The Protector Ultra 2.0 GTX keeps your feet safe during all work thanks to the puncture-resistant sole and cut protection.

We produce in a UK shoe size system. The distance between our half UK sizes is only a few millimetres. This makes it more likely to find exactly the right shoe length.

You can simply wash the dirty shoes with water and a brush. Please do not dry the wet shoes (even if they are wet on the inside) on an open fire, a hot stove or a heater. This will change the shape of the shoe. Simply remove the footbed and stuff the shoes with newspaper or use a shoe tree. Then allow the shoes to air dry slowly. We recommend washing the footbed regularly at 30°. In general, it is best to remove the footbed from the shoes after every wear to ensure optimal re-drying.
Simply clean it with a brush and water and let it air dry.
From experience, the Protector Ultra 2.0 lime-green is a normal size. We therefore recommend that you choose the usual size.
Experience has shown that the shoe fits normally.

Wenn man einmal einen passenden Schuh bei Haix gekauft hat, passt jedes andere Modell auch in der gleichen Größe. Tolles Schnürsystem, super Sohle, sehr leicht für einen Forststiefel und bequem auch bei langen Tragezeiten. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Der Schuh bietet einen guten und festen Halt. Trotz langer Tragezeit bei warmen und sonnigen Wetter hatte ich keine schwitzigen Füße, die Schuhe sind wirklich atmungsaktiv. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut und die Farbe gefällt mir wirklich sehr! Das Schnürsystem ist ebenfalls gut durchdacht und eine große Hilfe! Gute Arbeit von HAIX!
