Dispatch and delivery
Our packages are shipped with UPS and unfortunately a delivery to a automated self-service collection booths is not possible.
After your oder you will get a message with a code for the tracking, so you can get sure you are reachable when the package arrives.
Please get in touch with us if you have waited for more than 6 working days but have not yet received your parcel. We will be happy to contact UPS on your behalf.
We currently deliver to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Italy, France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Finland.
We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries:
